Our client is globally renowned as a market leader in the design and manufacture of instant boiling water solutions for a range of applications, and as a result of continued success and an ongoing programme of strategic growth they are now seeking to recruit an experienced, professional and highly self-motivated Multi Skilled Installation Engineer to complement their established and successful team.

Based from home and reporting to the Field Operations Manager, the successful candidate will demonstrate previous installation engineering experience (experience within a vending machine or hot drinks dispensation environment or similar would be advantageous).

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking new product installations as well as planned preventative maintenance at a range of customer locations primarily within the M25 corridor, however the ability to travel to and work at locations around the UK/ROI is also a key requirement of this role in order to meet increasing customer demand levels.

With this in mind, it is essential that candidates hold a full UK driving licence as well as proven plumbing and electrical / electro mechanical engineering experience and exceptional customer facing communication skills at all levels. As the role is field based, there is a requirement to work flexible hours including unsociable and weekend working to a maximum average of 48 hours per week, although suitable notice will be provided as far as is reasonably practicable.

In addition to maintaining and installing the clients' product range in commercial and residential premises whilst delivering the highest levels of customer service, you will also promote the product portfolio and efficiently "up sell" wherever appropriate - from service contract provision to additional items of hardware and associated ancillaries as identified.

Working in an environment where customer satisfaction is key, you will demonstrate a flexible and adaptable attitude coupled with a methodical and organised approach to problem solving and repair. You will also be required to undertake and complete, the servicing of products as per the daily schedule as well as performing planned maintenance activities as they may arise.. You will additionally ensure that your allocated van is stocked and maintained and that associated service dockets and report paperwork are submitted in a timely and accurate manner.

To be considered for this varied and challenging role within a genuine market leading operation offering stability and progression for suitably enthusiastic and experienced individuals, you will realistically demonstrate at least 5 years' experience of working within a relevant multi discipline service engineering environment demanding the highest levels of customer satisfaction with minimal supervision and relevant engineering qualifications.
