Do you have multi-site management experience.................?
Can you deal with business change and target drive..........?
If the above are 'yes' we may have the role for you, read on ................
This role is to support the Branches within your area and their showrooms to achieve Sales and Profit targets and perform to the highest standards. You will been seen as an 'expert' in the field and support various aspects, including Sales, Training, Recruitment and look for Branch improvements to meet demanding and challenging customer and company requirements. You will work closely with Regional Directors within your area, attending meetings and being a proactive part of the development and improvement within Showrooms.
The Region coverage for this role is from around Gloucester across to Oxford then south to Portsmouth and then everything in South West. For ease of meetings and getting to locations the incumbent may be more likely to come from within the M4/M5 corridor /Bristol area. However we are happy to see applications from all interested applicants who may wish to be considered for the role.
