Community Care Assistant

We have an exciting opportunity for a Community Care Assistant to join our company in the Conwy, Denbighshire and Gwynedd counties. We have full and part time positions available.

The Role – Community Care Assistant

We require to provide all levels of care and support to elderly service users. Duties to include assisting with personal care, domestic tasks, meal preparation, shopping, medication prompts etc. Applicants must be flexible and be available to work shifts between 7am and 10pm from Monday to Sunday.

DBS (CRB) Enhanced disclosure required, cost shared between the company and the applicant.

Driving License and access to own transport is essential for this role.

The Community Care Assistant roles are in the counties of Conwy, Denbighshire and Gwynedd. This role is commutable from most areas of North Wales such as Rhyl, St Asaph, Colwyn Bay, Conwy, Llandudno, Abergele, Dolgellau, and Barmouth.
