Job Purpose:
As a Telesales Executive you will be working for a leading specialist in information security. An excellent organisation to work for providing a friendly but focused working environment. To sell a portfolio of consultant lead, information security, services to new and existing clients. To maximise selling opportunities by meeting relevant sales KPIs. To demonstrate sound product knowledge and provide proactive and adequate information to customers. To update CRM on a regular basis with sales activity and customer information.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Generate new business appointments
Profile raw data to create future opportunities
Complete required number of calls per day
Keep focused on company products and target markets
Undertake ongoing training to develop skills and expertise
Maintain database and ensure the integrity of the data at all times
Dealing with potential and existing customer queries
Qualifications:
Candidates must be educated to A' Level standard
Essential skills required:
Accurate and numerate with good literacy skills
Excellent Telephone communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to learn new tasks quickly
Team player
Demonstrates initiative
Computer literate (Word, PowerPoint. Outlook & Excel)
