Job Title HR Office Administrator.

Location Bristol HR Office

Reporting to HR Director

Job Purpose To support the HR department with the administration duties in a busy office environment working in a timely/ confidential manner.


Main Duties
* Updating our HR database with Starters/Leavers.
* Keeping all staff personnel records up-to-date with relevant information with a consideration of data protection.
* Carry out the admin duties required for recruitment sending out starter packs and creating new employment contracts.
* Carry out all employment checks including eligibility to work in the UK and driving license checks.
* Ensuring administration communications to pay roll are timely accurate and confidential.
* Carry out all admin duties within the department with a clear audit trail for future reference.

Essential
requirements
* Previous experience in an administrative role.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft office.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Able to manage a professional working relationships with managers and peers.
* Display confidentiality whilst working with sensitive information.
* Due to the sensitive nature of the role the successful candidate will have to agree to regular monitoring of systems.

* Proven experience in an Administrative role.
