The Tyler Grange Stroud Office is recruiting a full time Administrator.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing business in Stroud.

 

The successful candidate will be supporting a team of environmental consultants.

 

A very busy working day will include some of the following tasks:

  • Answering inbound telephone calls (taking and relaying messages as appropriate), post (incoming / outgoing mail and booking couriers) and email communication. 
  • Typing / formatting of general correspondence, for example: letters, memos and meeting notes – distribute and dispatch as appropriate and file. 
  • Maintaining project files, filing and other related documentation, both electronic and hard copy. 
  • Organisation of transport/accommodation arrangements, as required. 
  • Formatting of reports, in line with TG quality checking/presentation procedures. Printing, collating and binding of reports.
  • Assisting with office facilities management.
