With over 20 years of experience behind them, our client is a leading provider of managed services who seek to deliver network, hosting and communications solutions to customers across the globe. They are currently recruiting for a Sales Account Manager to join their team. 

As a Sales Account Manager, you will be tasked with creating and developing sales of our client’s telecommunications and networking products and services. 

Utilising your existing sales skills, you will make regular outbound calls to accounts to discuss existing and new opportunities and ensure all enquiries received are responded to promptly. You’ll ensure accounts are updated on products and campaigns via calls, emails and training. 

Additionally, your duties will involve: 

- Managing projects and prospective deals with accounts 
- Helping to achieve revenue targets and reduce customer ‘churn’ rates 
- Participating in regular training sessions in order to effectively sell our client’s products 
- Responding to all incoming requests in a timely manner
- Liaising internally with the Fault Desk, NOC and Accounts Department regarding the escalation process 

To be considered, you must have: 

- At least three years’ sales experience 
- At a minimum, two years’ experience gained within the IT or telecoms industry 

Driven and motivated, as a Sales Account Manager, you must have evolved communication and interpersonal skills coupled with an excellent telephone manner. Plenty of initiative and a strong sense of responsibility are also key.
