An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Primary Teacher in a school situated in Essex. The role begins in January 2015 and whilst temporary, it has the possibility of becoming permanent.

There are 403 pupils on the teaching roll of mixed gender aged between 4-11.The school received a Grade 3 'Requires Improvement' rating in its 2013 Ofsted inspection across all areas except from 'Behaviour and safety of pupils' which was rated as 'Good'. The report found that pupils' are very enthusiastic about school. Their positive attitudes to learning, carefully natured by staff, are a significant strength. Progress is consistently good in Years 1 and Years 2, and attainment has risen, reflecting effective teaching in those years. Pupils' make good progress in writing, and progress in reading is improving rapidly.

Harlow is a new town and local government district in Essex, England. It is located in to the west of the county and on the border with Hertfordshire, on the Stort Valley. The School is approximately 19 minutes from Stansted Airport and roughly 40 minutes from Central London by public transport.
