Salary: GBP50,000 per annum

Role specifics:

As an Operations Manager at Wandle, you will manage one of our four mixed:tenure housing and property management teams and will be responsible for delivering customer:focused, efficient and cost:effective landlord housing and property management services to around 1,500:1,800 residents living in a defined geographic area.

As a key member of the Wandle Management Team, you'll be fully responsible for ensuring all activities in your area are aligned with our strategic objectives. You'll be the key link between Wandle and our external partners such as local authorities, MPs and councillors and you'll develop these relationships so that we are recognised as a key player in each of our core boroughs.

Role requirements:

: You will train, coach and support your staff to ensure residents of all tenures receive a great landlord service.
: You will motivate and manage your team to respond proactively to customer needs and you'll develop effective approaches to income management, focused on achieving the best outputs for customers whilst protecting our financial position.
: You will also work alongside our repairs team and estate services partners to ensure that customers' homes and neighbourhoods are well looked after.
: You will ensure your team captures and addresses customer dissatisfaction, and learns lessons when we haven't gotten things right.
