We are actively seeking to recruit an Deputy Contract Manager who will work with the LIFT contract engineering team, ensuring they have the necessary competence, training, back-up and support to deliver required outputs. They should be fully conversant with Healthcare environments, equipment and practices and be able to anticipate and deal with issues to be the communication link between senior management and the workforce.
They will be required to meet KPIs for the business, including financial and qualitative targets and also personal targets set and agreed with their line manager. They will be responsible for supporting the Account Manager in the effective delivery of the LIFT contracts which primarily will encompass Hard FM for 17 Healthcare Sites. They should be contractually and financially aware and ensure effective systems are developed, implemented and monitored to mitigate contractual and legislative risk.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience within hard FM, with a degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering. They should have a Healthcare background, in order to fully understand the equipment used. They should be IOSHH/NEBOSH qualified and should have worked in a customer focussed environment, whilst budget setting, working with CAFM and managing a team.
