We are a market leading gaming company and due to restructuring within our technical services division we require a experienced Field Service Engineer / Field Engineer to service our Gaming / Amusement Machines (AWP machines) covering North London and surrounding area.

Field Service Engineer Job Purpose:

We are the UK’s largest operator of gaming centres - where adults play slots and have fun!

Join our Industry leading service team and help to ensure our venues and machines are kept to the very highest of standards, using your skills and knowledge to give the very best customer experience whilst promoting responsible gambling and delivering the very best service possible.

We’re looking for exceptional experienced service engineers to join our in house service team.  You’ll have a background servicing fruit machines in pubs, clubs, gaming centres or bingo centres. 

You will be providing maintenance and repair to sited equipment, with a focus on machine reliability, therefore optimising machine performance and income. You will assist with training, guidance and technical support for our colleagues. You will responsible for cash handling and will provide accurate float reconciliation and cash clearances within the venues. You will be able to show you thrive in an environment rich in challenging situations, diversity and a passion for service.

Field Service Engineer Required Skills:

> Excellent time management skills
