Environmental Management Consultant

Our client is currently looking for a pro-active, self-starter, who is educated to degree level and has experience within a similar role. You will be providing ISO management systems and environmental services to Company Clients as required in line with current Company standards and objectives.

A willingness to travel is essential, as this role will involve travelling to client's premises as and when required.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

*Degree in Environmental Management
*ISO 14001 Lead Auditor
*NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent Level 3 Health and Safety qualification
*Associate membership of IEMA (AIEMA)
*Current, detailed knowledge of Environmental Legislation: England and Wales
*Minimum two years in similar role assessing, auditing, managing and reporting on environmental management
*Implementation and/or management of an EMS - construction / demolition industries
*Implementation and/or management of a QMS - construction, manufacturing

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
*To carry out gap analysis and write reports following audit of the Clients existing practices;
*Assist Clients with the implementation of an Environmental Management System (EMS) to the current revision of ISO14001, Quality Management System (QMS) to the current revision of ISO 9001 and Health and Safety Management System to the current revision of OHSAS 18001
*Provide assistance to the company's clients on Environmental and Health and Safety matters as far as you are competent to do so
*To train people in as many aspects of management systems, auditing, environmental as you are competent to do;
*To generate internal and external reports and documentation as necessary;
*Any other duties as reasonably required by your Manager or a Director
