Strategic New Business Development Manager required on a national basis, fantastic opportunities to achieve long-term career aspirations, working with a market leader in providing business solutions. We are looking for a New Business Professional who can network and build relationships with Senior Influencers and Stakeholders within large Public Sector accounts. This role will be working at a strategic level to prospect and win high profile accounts within the Public Sector division across the UK, achieved through lead generation, dealing with tender processes and frameworks. The role will suit successful and ambitious new business professionals seeking reward and recognition at the highest level, looking to progress their career to more Senior/Director level positions within a corporate business environment. Strategic New Business Development Manager applicants must be able to demonstrate:-
- Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build added value relationships from Buyer/Procurement to Stakeholder level.
- New Business Development experience at National or Corporate Account level.
- Top level negotiation skills across all levels in a competitive business 2 business environment.
- An excellent proven track record in identifying and winning high profile business accounts.
- The ability to create proposals by harnessing knowledge, sponsorship and validation from colleagues.
- Possess a high degree of computer literacy with strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.
- Strong business acumen, with the gravitas to exercise sound commercial judgement.
