Due to exceptional growth our Stockport based IT client is current recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Support Administrator. This is a great role working for a friendly, professional and dynamic organisation within their busy Customer IT Service Department.

Responsibility will include:
•    Managing day to day customer enquires via telephone and email
•    Logging support calls for help desk
•    Producing sales quotes
•    Sales order processing of customer orders
•    Maintaining internal admin systems
•    General admin duties

Desirable skills and experience:
•    Proven experience within a similar position
•    Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
•    Excellent I.T skills and experience with Microsoft Windows packages
•    Good team player and can work on own initiative
•    Professional and positive attitude

In return our client is offering a fantastic starting salary of between £15,000 - £25,000 per annum depending on experience.
