£70,000 - £90,000 + car allowance + bonus + benefits

My client is a leading global provider of technology and services to the financial services industry.
They are looking to strengthen their organisation by hiring a ITIL Service Designer to take over and greatly enhance the service capabilities both internally and externally.

The successful candidate will be need to engage with the business to understand how it's done today, help to identify the gaps and design a model of the operations.

Key skills & experience:

*Intelligent, credible, client facing, strong communication and presentation skills
*Will need to be highly driven and self-motivated
*Proven experience in similar role
*Strong track record of ITIL service design / service architecture
*Experience with software products and wrapping around infrastructure and services
*Financial services / banking industry experience would be ideal but not essential
*Must have vendor side experience - large ERP / Software vendor
*Extensive experience in service design
