Consulting Director - Programme Management

My client are a global consulting and advisory firm who are looking to build their FS Advisory team with an experienced, consulting Director for their Programme Assurance team.

Working within the Banking vertical you will be helping customers to shape and define programmes, leading the client staff, 3rd parties and my clients teams.

Candidates will have demonstrable experience in client facing, consultancy roles - working for recognised competitors in this field (Deloitte, EY, CapGemini, Accenture, IBM, Logica/CGI or similar)

Your background will include the design and delivery of enterprise scale transformation programmes in major insurers. Breadth and depth of programme delivery across Risk & Regulatory, Applications, Business, Architecture & Data related transformation.

On offer is an opportunity to work with a rapidly expanding Inusrance team, with a huge pipeline of opportunity and a lot of delivery work

Essential experience;

Consulting track record in this level of Programme role - budgets in excess of GBP20m,
Relationship and Delivery based upselling/Sales targets
Domain knowledge of the insurance industry and associated technology, regulatory and financial drivers
Ability to engage with and evangelise solutions to C suite stakeholders
Experience of working with geographically diverse teams and in multi cultural environments

Immediate and urgent requirement - with executive stakeholders diaries open to interview next week
