REQUIREMENTS

•    A Class 2 driving licence.  

•    Full or part CPC qualified would be an advantage but training will be provided. 

THE ROLE

As a new Multi-Drop Driver, you'll go through a 4-6 week training plan, supported by a driver trainer on site and a driver’s mate in your first few weeks on the road. You will be delivering our customers’ orders, on multiple drops, accurately and on time, whilst also providing excellent customer service.  Other key responsibilities will include: 

•    Collecting monies. 

•    Maintaining product temperatures. 

•    Checking vehicles to ensure vehicle roadworthiness and compliance with VOSA regulations. 

•    Complying with Health & Safety (SSOW), hygiene and other vehicle-related legislation.

THE PERSON

We'll equip you with the skills you need to deliver great customer service and be the face of the Brakes brand. You will need to develop good working relationships with colleagues and customers, handling customer queries wherever possible so excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.  You must demonstrate the knowledge and initiative to solve basic problems and make decisions, displaying evidence of organisational and prioritisation skills.
