Salary GBP 16,120 - GBP 17,680 - Depending upon Experience (Includes Waking/Sleeping nights)

With this continued growth, we are now have opportunities available for Residential Childcare Workers to join us.

As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will be responsible for providing day to day care for their Young People, whether this is supporting them in activities, education or statutory meetings relating to their time in residential care. Working as a team you will ensure the home is kept to a good standard in all aspects of house keeping.

Candidates will be provided with excellent training and support and have access to undertake the Children & Young Peoples Workforce Diploma within their own NVQ Centre if you do not hold relevant qualifications.

Excellent opportunities are available including a formal Management Development Programme which will lead to the completion of the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Heath & Social Care, Children & Young People Services.

These roles require an enhanced DBS Check
