TITLE: Sales / Lettings Negotiator
LOCATION: Dubai
EARNINGS: Lettings Consultant £35k OTE (first year £25k OTE), Sales Consultant £75k OTE (first year £45k OTE), uncapped earnings - top Sales Consultant has earned £110k - all TAX FREE
BENEFITS: 50% Commission Structure, Uncapped Tax Free earnings, 22 days annual leave plus Christmas Leave, Employment Visa

The ideal Sales / Lettings Negotiator will possess:
-Previous sales experience (real estate experience an advantage but not essential)
-The ability to be energetic, enthusiastic, driven and motivated to succeed
-A valid UK driving license
-Excellent communication skills

To succeed in this role as a Sales / Lettings Negotiator you will be expected to:
-Work within teams dedicated to specific area's within Dubai and become the 'go to agent' in your area of specialism
-Conduct viewings and market appraisals
-Liaise with the administration team to advertise on the company's exclusive portals
-Service Buyers, Sellers, Landlords and Tenants
