Assurance and Testing Manager

The Test and Assurance Manager shall be responsible for all Service Validation & Testing performed and/or supported by the Supplier, provide an effective service assurance function for technology services and manage the definition of services and service levels required to support the business and ensure that these services are provisioned successfully. This assurance role has a key interface with a third party supplier of services

Essential Skills:

• Candidates will have a background in hands on testing and have experience in Preparing Test Strategies & Schedules, carrying out Technical/Infrastructure Testing as well as Service delivery Testing
• Ideally you will have had experience of recruiting and managing a test team
• ISEB/ISTQB Certified
• Experience in the management of the delivery of technology services.
• Significant experience of managing test and assurance service through outsourced technical contracts.
• Extensive experience of negotiating service level agreements and performance agreements.
• Knowledge and experience of successfully managing change.
