A Market leading Financial Services Giant require an accomplished Infrastructure/Citrix Project Manager with accomplished delivery experience to join them to be an integral part of delivering a crucial project. You will be an employee of Hyphen & working on a long term assignment with the client.
Location: Norwich
Duration: Permanent Employed Consultant

Key Skills/Experience:
1. Accomplished Infrastructure Project Delivery experience
2. Citrix/Xenapp project experience is essential
3. Stakeholder Management experience on and offshore is required
4. Strong reporting, finance and Risk & Issue management
5. Management experience of engaged 3rd parties and consultants
The Role:
The Project Manager is responsible for managing the delivery of the project allocated to them, including the construction of all project management artefacts (Charter, Quality Plan, Gating documentation etc), the active management of all stakeholders, the identification of appropriate resources and the management of the project team. In this case to deliver the following project:
Project - Xenapp 5 Upgrade
As well as the above role activities this role will also include:
* Day to day management of the specified projects - including reporting, finance and Risk & Issue management
* Management of engaged 3rd parties and consultants
* Management and co-ordination with the business to implement the projects
* Management of the project budgets totalling approximately GBP0.5 m.
Deliverables - detail the assignment key deliverables with timescales:
1) Project Governance Documentation
2) Resource plan
3) Project plan and milestone tracking
4) Stakeholder analysis and engagement
5) Gating documentation
6) Risk, issue, assumptions logged including appropriate escalation process
7) Project status reporting and Governance in a timely and accurate manner
8) Dependency tracking and management
9) Financial management and cost benefits analysis
10) Change control
11) Benefit realisation
Essential:
Infrastructure Project delivery - including Citrix environments and user migrations
Strong Infrastructure knowledge/experience of Citrix as a VDI solution.
Stakeholder management - including managing a diverse user stakeholder community predominantly based offshore.
Supplier management
Supplier delivery integration
Outsourced environment and processes
Relationship management
