Scottish Widows is a key part of Lloyds Banking Group and we put our customers at the heart of everything we do. That's why our Customer Service teams are so essential - they use their attention to detail and accuracy to ensure our customers receive the service they deserve. Scottish Widows customers deserve the very best care, which is why we're now recruiting for a number of full-time Customer Service Administrators to join our Corporate Pensions Customer Service Team.

This team plays a vital role in ensuring our customers' needs are at the heart of everything we do by servicing and maintaining Corporate Pensions offered by Scottish Widows. The pensions industry is undergoing significant change and as such these roles offer the opportunity to join us in an interesting and challenging environment, where your training and development will be encouraged and supported.

Working as part of our team you will be responsible for administrative and clerical duties, along with some telephony based customer contact. Through dealing with a range of external and internal customer enquiries you will be contributing to customer satisfaction. You do not need a background in banking or finance, although previous experience of working in the pensions industry would be beneficial, you just need experience of working in a customer service environment and fantastic communication skills. We are looking for people who are proactive, self motivated and keen to learn and are looking for candidates with great attention to detail who want to work in an environment where the customer is put first.

If you enjoy working as part of a vibrant team, with the potential to learn and develop your career, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Providing a competitive salary you will also receive private medical care (available from 1st January 2015). Additional benefits include an annual performance based bonus, attractive share schemes, flex cash (4% of salary) that you can spend on a range of benefits or receive directly into your monthly pay-packet and the chance to do a day's paid community work each year. This is a really enviable career-move, so contact us today to make the most of this opening. Once the positions are filled, we may close the vacancy early, so act now to make sure you don't miss out.
