Description
You will grow into a valued Service Desk Analyst and be able to work well in a team to ITIL standards. The successful candidate will be expected to fill the role with minimal training and supervision. Ideally located within Surrey or commutable distance and worked in a corporate service desk environment.
Profile
* Excellent communication skills is a must
* Citrix
* Active Directory
* MS Office
* Hardware/Software troubleshooting
* Service Desk Analyst experience, 6 months+
* Experience with BlackBerry and iPhone handsets is also desirable
* Punctual and able to commute

Job Offer
Up to GBP26,000 per annum plus an extensive benefits package or GBP150 per day for temp equivalent.
