CRG Healthcare requires an experienced and dedicated Registered General Nurses (RGN) to manage Complex Care Packages within the community.
Working alongside the Branch Manager you will be responsible for monitoring the day to day care of clients with complex needs as well as providing support to a team of professional and dedicated HCAs
Job Details:
- Assess the specific needs of clients requiring complex care to include Pain Relief, Peg Feeding, Wound Care and Dressings and Tracheostomy Care
- Provide Care Assessments and implement agreed care plans
- Monitor and up-date care plans and maintain accurate records in-line with company policy and CQC requirements
- Supervise and Support Health Care Assistants to maintain a high standard of care
- Provide on-going support to clients and families and liaise with NHS, Social Services, LA.s and members of the external multi-disciplinary team
