What You'll Be Doing:

As a Scrum Master with our client you will need to come from a solid Agile background, ideally from Scrum Master positions previously, or just very active, involved and knowledgeable of Agile in the workplace.

You will be working alongside a Project Manager for a client in a consultancy capacity. The particular project you will initially be focusing on would be around an online system for tracking and monitoring production.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

- Strong Agile background- involved in the Agile community through workshops, conferences, etc.
- Experience working to Agile methodologies in different environments/project/companies
- Experience in a leadership/managerial/team lead position
- IT project delivery experience
- Strong presentation skills- good communication skills and articulate

It is a permanent Scrum Master opportunity and they are looking to pay GBP45K-GBP70K depending on level of expertise. You would be based in Reading initially.
