My client is an international Customer Relationship Solutions Provider.
Description
A Desktop Analyst is required to lead a small team, driving support delivery in two offices in Bristol, and undertake formal asset, change, and configuration management of all site specific infrastructure. The resolution of incidents through keen management of the Service Desk Queue, delivery of changes and project based work packages to SLA is also a requirement.
This is primarily a hands-on Team-Lead role in which the Desktop Analyst will enhance the end-user experience through service delivery, documentation and customer service.
The successful Desktop Analyst will be expected to work in collaboration with Infrastructure Support teams to minimise operational downtime of all IT Services, working together effectively with other Site Leads, Specialist Team Managers and the business to ensure infrastructure and systems stability for the benefit of our clients.
The role may also have a requirement to work overtime, travel to other sites and be on call when required to meet business needs.
