** Band 5 Endoscopy Staff Nurse - Up to GBP30000PA **
Dream Medical are currently looking for an enthusiastic Band 5 Staff nurse who has experience within the Endoscopy speciality.
The ideal candidate will have previously worked within Endoscopy within the NHS/Private sector at a Band 5 Level.
This opportunity allows the applicant to not only work with excellent medical personnel but enables them to work within a modern state of the art hospital utilising the most up to date technological advances in medicine.
Approximately one mile from the beach and Bournemouth town centre and the majority of buses that serve the area are routed past the hospital. The hospital is also a 5 minute walk from the Weymouth to London Waterloo train station, with the main coach terminus adjacent to it.
Your key accountabilities will be:
•Supervising and supporting clinical support staff and junior staff in the delivery of care, providing education, training and mentorship to meet development needs
•Delivering high quality patient care, which is clinically effective, evidence based and appropriate
•Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care as part of a collaborative programme
•Supporting the department manager in the co-ordination of the endoscopy service to achieve and maintain the required standards for JAG accreditation
•Working in other specialities during periods of "down time" in Endoscopy patients.
