What is the role?

Working for CPM as a Territory Development manager on our Prestigious Grocery and High Street Team, the role is to maximise product availability and drive sales through building effective relationships with key store contacts. You will be armed with intelligent data as part of your toolkit enabling you to drive sales for both the retailer and ultimately P&G. Able to adapt quickly to shifting priorities, your drive will ensure every sales opportunity is maximised and targets achieved.

Who are we looking for?

  • High calibre individual with the passion and flair to make a significant contribution to our team
  • Good IT skills
  • Ability to hold business development conversations at all levels
  • Full UK Driving licence essential
  • Experience of field sales or retail within FMCG or High street is an advantage, although we welcome applications from anyone who can display the above required qualities and would relish the opportunity to really manage and develop their own territory.
