EARNINGS: Lettings Consultant £35k OTE (first year £25k OTE), Sales Consultant £75k OTE (first year £45k OTE), uncapped earnings - top Sales Consultant has earned £110k - all TAX FREE

A Sales Negotiator is sought to join this successful estate agency in Dubai, UAE, to join this dedicated sales and lettings team.

The organisation was established 7 years ago, and they pride themselves on their brand being recognised as a constant provider of high quality customer service within the property market. Due to this they have developed a great reputation in the Dubai marketplace.

They are now looking for a Sales Negotiator, ideally with previous sales and lettings experience to join this expanding, experienced team.

The ideal Sales Negotiator will possess:
*Previous sales experience (real estate experience would be an advantage, other backgrounds considered including recruitment, telesales etc.)
*Excellent communication skills
*Enthusiasm and a driven motivation to succeed
*A valid UK Driver's License

To succeed in this role as a Sales Negotiator you will be expected to:
*Source and advertise properties for sale or rent
*Conduct viewings and market appraisals
*Register buyers and tenants
*Liaise with the administration team to advertise on exclusive relevant portals
