Justphysio is recruiting for a reputable physiotherapy chain based in Kensington and Chelsea and they are recruiting for a senior physio to work across two sites in the area.
JOB SUMMARY
*To develop and manage the Physiotherapy Service at their specific clinic and provide the appropriate leadership to enable the highest ethical and professional standards to be achieved.
*Each CL must be a member of CSP and registered with the HCPC at all times.
MANAGEMENT
*Responsible for ensuring meeting their job description criteria.
*To manage own clinical caseload which includes good time management.
*To produce the highest quality service possible, by the efficient and cost effective use of resources.
*Responsible for ensuring Senior Physiotherapist's (SP) of each practice you work in are meeting their job description criteria.
CLINICAL OBJECTIVES
*To consolidate skills of assessment and overall patient management incorporating manipulative techniques, exercise programs, application of electrotherapy and health education in order to improve efficiency and efficacy of patient management.
*To once monthly endeavour to visit a surgeon and make MD and CD aware of these endeavors via email. To record all visits in Consultant Visits document on shared drive within Marketing folder.
To be considered for this position you must have bachelor degree in physiotherapy be currently registered with HCPC and CSP and have proven experience in a private practice environment.
