Role responsibilities
Account Management:
- Main point of contact for designated clients
- Working with the rest of the team to make sure the development plan is followed and the desired result is met
- Building strong relationships with allocated clients
- Working closely with clients such as performing workshops to help them reach their goal and improve their marketing strategy
- Monitoring the results of your programs on a daily basis
- Providing regular feedback to Senior Account Manager on the performance of your client
- Working on joint sales pitches and taking part in sales meetings
- Setting revenue targets for your allocated accounts
- Undertaking project work as required - participation when training and testing new functionality, coordination of external databases and additional project work when needed
- University graduate
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness
- Previous Account Management/Executive experience is essential (minimum 6 months +)
- Experience in marketing, digital and creative agencies
