Role responsibilities

Account Management:

• Main point of contact for designated clients
• Working with the rest of the team to make sure the development plan is followed and the desired result is met
• Building strong relationships with allocated clients
• Working closely with clients such as performing workshops to help them reach their goal and improve their marketing strategy
• Monitoring the results of your programs on a daily basis
• Providing regular feedback to Senior Account Manager on the performance of your client

• Working on joint sales pitches and taking part in sales meetings
• Setting revenue targets for your allocated accounts
• Undertaking project work as required - participation when training and testing new functionality, coordination of external databases and additional project work when needed

• University graduate
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Strong commercial awareness
• Previous Account Management/Executive experience is essential (minimum 6 months +)
• Experience in marketing, digital and creative agencies
