Job Title: French Speaking Contact Centre Agents
Salary: Circa £15,500 plus excellent benefits
Based: Portsmouth
Hours: Full time Monday – Friday between 07:30 -18:30 & alternate Saturdays 08:00 – 16:00.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for bilingual Contact Centre Agents with fluency in English and French with experience in providing excellent customer service to join a multinational award winning Services Company based in Portsmouth.
We are looking for enthusiastic professionals who believe in delivering exceptional customer service to join our growing multilingual team.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a Contact Centre Agent, you will handle enquiries over the telephone and in writing while providing an efficient, courteous and professional service at all times.
- You will be supporting members and clients across France ensuring that you have a good understanding of our company’s products and services. We will provide bespoke, high quality training to enable you to do this.
- You will identify and proactively seek to resolve and support the needs of every customer and ensure that our service levels are met.
Key Requirements:
- Fluency in English and French- You must be fluent or native in French and have excellent verbal and written communication skills as you will be dealing with written queries from both external and internal customers.
- Excellent listening skills - The ability to use listening skills to understand customers’ needs and to ensure you approach and handle sensitive issues accordingly.
- Excellent telephone manner
- Experience of providing exceptional customer service - successful candidates must have experience working within a customer service environment
- Professional and enthusiastic with a positive attitude
- Experience of handling customer complaints and managing customer expectations
- Able to use your initiative in a busy, high profile working environment and able to maintain a professional business image at all times
- Team Player - You will need to be a team player as you will be expected to achieve and maintain individual performance standards to meet department objectives.
- Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office packages
