Our Client is looking for a lively enthusiastic Call Centre Operative to join our small friendly but busy call centre in Southampton, supplying tyre services to fleet vehicles nationwide. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary.
Our ideal Call Centre Operative will have previous knowledge of tyres, an interest in cars or a technical background as it would be an advantage along with good understanding of national geography, but not essential as a willingness to learn will be welcomed and full training will be provided to our Call Centre Operative in Southampton.
There is a full-time and part-time position based on Monday – Friday, with Saturdays on a rota
The Call Centre Operative role requires confidence when picking up the phone and good telephone manner. You will be liaising between customers and suppliers so attention to detail and a positive attitude towards customer service is what we are looking for.
