GBP32k-37k Basic -Fantastic commission structure up to 30% - No Cap & Threshold with amazing benefits

The right candidate will be:

• 2+ years recruitment experience
• Passionate and a self starter
• A full cycle Recruitment Consultant who is focussed on creating relationships and opening the door for new business ideally within our core practices: SAP, Architecture, BI & Information Security

The role involves:

• Joining an established team while builidng existing and new business
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with decision makers
• Understanding client hiring needs, while working towards/managing a team of consultants.

This a great opportunity for a successful consultant who would like either to branch out take the next step in their career or an experienced team lead to take more responsibility and manage a larger team which you will grow over the course of the next 6 months.
