Business Analyst - Greenfield - Web/eCommerce - London - ASAP

One of the world's best known brands are looking for an Agile Technical Business Analyst to work on a totally new GREENFIELD Web/eCommerce project. This is a brand you will want on your CV and projects you will want to be involved in. This company are on target to turn over £150 million this year.

The Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding and communicating requirements for successful delivery by the technical team.

This will include:

Facilitating workshops and sessions that generate the content for solutions and gain buy in for solutions.
Create and articulate the big picture of the solution to delivery team to understand dependencies and create a shared understanding.
Define key objectives and 'to-be state, identify success criteria, and comprehend constraints, challenges and risks.
Orchestrate the collaboration between, Product Manager, Business Sponsors, SMEs, QAs and Developers by removing roadblocks and facilitating communication.
Collate all requirements and artefacts needed to support the development process and facilitate shared understanding of immediate and upcoming requirements
Work with PMs to measure progress and plan future milestones
Facilitate discussions with various stakeholders to prioritise diverse requirements
Identify pain points and their the root cause(s)
Champion the processes and practices of the Agile and Lean methodology

To be considered for this role you will need:

To have a broad understanding of business processes and drivers having work experience at a senior level
To be able to demonstrated experience working successfully with teams to deliver software
Have experience in prioritising competing demands and obtaining buy-in from stakeholders
Be able to demonstrate the ability to manage and resolve conflict with stakeholders
Experience mode ling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques
Be able to demonstrated ability to understand and explain issues from both a technical and a business functional point of view
And MUST have experience with Agile delivery methodologies and helping teams explore, adopt and optimise Agile/Lean processes, principles and practices.
