Agile/Scrum eCommerce Business Analyst - London - Greenfield - ASAP

THE COMPANY
My client is Europe's leader in their field and has recently embarked on a huge advertising drive across T.V. I can guarantee when you are sat eating your dinner you will have seen the advert and probably used their services in the past. They have over 20 million members who use their services. This is an extremely innovative and exciting company to join and be a part of their continued domination. They currently have a turnover of £150 million and have an achievable target in place for half a BILLION in the next 5 years. This company has grown so quickly they are putting together a fresh NEW team.

THE ROLE
Agile e-Commerce Business analyst is required to work within an Agile/Scrum environment on a totally GREENFIELD eCommerce platform replacement project. The company want to stay number 1 in the market place and know they always need to stay 1 step ahead of their closest rivals (who are so far behind you could barely see them)

The successful Agile eCommerce Business Analyst will be an experienced analyst who understands the importance of well-written requirements for the technical team to consume and who is passionate about technology. Business Analysts will understand business change needs, assessing the impact of those changes, capturing, analysing and documenting requirements and then supporting the communication and delivery of those requirements with relevant parties.

RESPONSIBILITIES
3-5 years delivering e-commerce projects
Work in an Agile environment, preferably Agile Scrum
Experience with writing user stories and setting up sprints for the development team
Experience with conducting inception sessions with business and technical teams
Dynamic and forward thinking

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will also have the following desirable experience:
Good knowledge of technology stacks
Experience with JIRA, Greenhopper, Confluence or similar tools to collaborate on projects
Experience of having played the role of Product Owner
Experience being a Scrum Master
The salary on offer for this role is up to £65k dependant on experience + a great package that includes a bonus of up to 15%
