Due to growth an exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and driven Showroom Sales Advisor to join an expanding company with bathroom showrooms throughout the UK. Based in Tyseley, Birmingham the successful Sales Advisor will earn £15,000 basic with an OTE of £24 - £30K with uncapped earning potential. This is a full time role including weekend rotas.
As Sales Advisor you will be working together with the store manager and the management team, achieving monthly and quarterly KPI’s in store and through telephone lines, providing excellent customer services to all customers. Reporting to the Store Manager, your main responsibilities as Sales Advisor will include:
• To achieve telephone KPI’s set in place by answering sales calls on a daily basis, up-selling/cross selling products and processing sales orders.
• To achieve In-Store KPI’s by taking sales within the Showroom, up-selling/cross selling products and processing sales orders.
• Providing a first class customer shopping experience to both in store customers and telephone customers.
The successful Sales Advisor you will have demonstrable experience within a similar role, with the ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative. In addition, you will possess the following skills and experience:
• Able to work in a fast paced environment with previous experience in a targeted role
• Driven and motivated by targets
• Decisive with a track record of hitting/exceeding targets
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Clear and concise communication skills
• Excellent customer services skills
• Excellent IT skills
• Well presented and smart in appearance
