Graduate Commercial Property Surveyor

One of the leading firms of Chartered Surveyors in the UK has an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Commercial Property Surveyor to join their busy surveying team in Sheffield. The role comes with a salary of £18,000 - £20,000 plus a bonus scheme and benefits.

This role is ideal for someone who has just graduated from an RICS accredited property degree and wants to progress toward becoming a Chartered Surveyor. As such, the whole team will support you fully through to your Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn how to apply your knowledge in a practical environment - gaining hands on work experience in a well-respected, nationwide organisation.

You will assist the Senior Surveyors in their day to day responsibilities and build your experience, confidence and skills within commercial property surveying. This will mainly involve visiting their surgeries across the country in order to carrying out rent reviews, lease negotiations and complete valuations.
