Summary

The Customer Data Analyst will come in to support the Customer Insight and Customer Marketing functions by providing data and analysis that enables efficient targeting of surveys and campaigns that are designed to maximise customer value through retention and insight.

Description

Our Retail client, based in Luton, is looking for a Customer Data Analyst with demonstrable experience of the following:

• Experience in extracting, manipulating and analysing complex datasets and databases
• Experience of working within a commercial environment, where pragmatic, customer-focused decisions are required
• Experience of creating meaningful reports and presentations that enable decision making
• Experience of taking translating complex analysis into practical solutions that can be understood and delivered
• Experience of working collaboratively in teams
• Knowledge of CRM and Loyalty Marketing techniques, would be desiarable but not essential
• Experience in using analytics platforms such as SPSS/SAS, would be desiarable but not essential

Profile

Our Retail client, based in Luton, is looking for a Customer Data Analyst with the following skills/background:

• Graduate degree (or higher) in a mathematical, statistical or engineering discipline would ideal, but not essenatial
• Advanced MS Excel, Access and Powerpoint skills
• SQL programming skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Offer

GBP20,000 to GBP35,000 (depending on experience) plus great benefits
