Senior Retail Designer

Advancing People -Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a Senior Retail Designer for their clients based in Dunstable.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join a market leading company with continued growth in their field to contribute to the company's ongoing success.

This key position is to provide multi-disciplinary and creative solutions within the retail sector. Working directly with clients to develop and maximise potential sales and maintain the companies brand image and quality ethics. Working alongside the Head of the Creative Department and lead designer to deliver unique creative and design led projects.

Principle Responsibilities:-

• Maintain input and support as project moves from concept to implementation

• Support and Liaise with Technical design teams

• Balance time and cost elements of project requirements

• Work directly with clients to convey briefs and visualise the planned solutions.

• Working directly with clients demonstrating knowledge of manufacturing techniques and retail best practice.

Person specification:-

• Direct retail experience

• Skilled in concept visualisation using Sketching, Photoshop and 3DSMax

• Commercial awareness

• Excellent presentation skills in meeting environments

• Strong eye for detail

• Positive creative flair

• Be able to provide a visual portfolio demonstrating previous works and ability

• Be flexible and committed with a desire to progress within the organisation

This is a full time permanent position and depending on experience would be offering an annual salary of between 20 - 35K plus bonus and company benefits.
