Our Client is a global leader in the manufacture, distribution and sale of coatings and related products. Over nearly 150 years, The Company has not only grown to be the largest producer of paints and coatings in the United States, but is among the largest producers in the world. 

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Multiple Retail Sales Merchandiser will have front line contact with all multiple DIY stores and be responsible for ensuring compliance at store level of all agreed store activities. You must develop and support the growth of the Company’s brands through the creation of additional displays and achievement of store standards whilst establishing and building in store relationships with all designated customers.

Liaising with management and colleagues, you will deal with all customer and consumer in a professional and satisfactory manner. Complying with store visit timetable and achieving objectives set for each visit, you must monitor and ensure that all agreed promotions are correct and positioned in accordance with promotional instructions and as required by sales management. In addition, you will also effectively identify and minimise out of stock in stores and suggest additional stock orders to increase levels where required.

Candidates for this role must have a good standard of secondary education, including GCSE’s in English and Maths. With the ability to work independently to achieve requirements, you will ideally have previous experience of working in a retail environment and must hold a full UK clean driving licence.
