Our client is a small but growing on-line retail company specializing in shoe accessories.

They sell online on the various online retail sites plus their own web site. The working environment is both friendly and supportive, they are a relatively small team and therefore value their staff highly and the contributions they make.

What:

They need a person who is prepared to assume a wide variety of roles and involve a blend of on line administration, stock control & dispatch - plus support to the Managing Director of the company on a daily basis. Therefore communication skills and flexibility are key requirements for this position, in a constantly growing and changing environment.

The role would be full time but part / flexi time options could be considered if happy to do an element of full time cover of the teams holidays.

Outline responsibilities:

• Daily On-line administration of the company’s selling sites including loading new products (full training will be given in regards this)
• Support to the packing / dispatch team (Meeting any visitors to the premises)
• Assisting with order picking to ensure work is delegated appropriately
• Stock control administration, loading stock invoices onto sage
• Any other reasonable duties as requested by the MD.

Candidates should:

• Be able to commute daily to Thame, Oxon
• Speak fluent English
• Have excellent communication skills, written and oral
• Be very familiar with using a computer and MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) a knowledge of sage would be an advantage
• Be well presented, punctual and organized
• Ideally have previous experience in a pick pack environment or stock control
•  Understand online selling
• Be able to prioritize workload
• Very much a hands on role and must be prepared to help out in all areas of the business
• Most important must have a positive and friendly disposition with a “can do” attitude.

This is Full-time position, but they would / could with the right candidate look at part / flexi time options.
