Bridgend South Wales
Salary: GBP12,000 - GBP18,000
To provide high quality, robust and flexible administrative support to the Project Engagement Support Office. This support ranges across a multitude of tasks eg procurement, monthly reporting and billing. The coordinators responsibilities will be to meet strict targets and involves direct contact with both Internal and External Customers and Clients.
Essential Skills
. A good Team Player with excellent interpersonal skills.
. This role may involve direct Client contact and so customer service skills are paramount.
. Strong administrative and written skills including proficiency in Excel and Word are essential.
. A willingness to travel and a flexible approach to working hours is preferred.
. The ability to obtain SC Clearance and above is also required.
. The coordinator role requires the preparation and submission of work to strict quality targets and to meet Engagement deadlines hence the ability to work under pressure is desirable.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
. Commitment to develop the role over a period of at least twelve months.
