Are you customer focused with excellent problem solving skills?Our well-established Client based in the local area is currently looking to recruit hard working, professional customer focused candidates to join their Customer Service Team.Within the role you will be providing a 1st class service to all customers, responding to incoming calls as well as email communications, troubleshooting customer queries and resolving them to the best of your ability.Within the role you will also be expected to;Resolve queries in a knowledgeable and professional mannerAccurately log customer and product information onto in-house systemsBe proactive about own development Understand customer care and apply to all callsMaintain a high standard in personal KPI targets as definedShare knowledge gained with team to improve interactions with customers/clientsTo be successful in this role you will have a proven background in customer services with excellent written and verbal communication skills be an analytical thinker with good problem solving skills.
