We are currently recruiting for a Deputy Nursery Manager for a small chain of nurseries based at their 60+ place setting in Mirfield, West Yorkshire.
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic person, with a good sense of humour, who is committed to the work, but flexible as the need arises.
Candidates must be able to work under pressure and already have experience at senior level.
You will have a Level 3 or above in Childcare, along with a minimum of 3 years experience within an Early Years Setting.
The role will involve supporting the Manager and staff, ensuring that the highest quality of care and education are delivered to the children and parents, and as a ‘hands on’ Deputy Manager you will also be working with the children.
The role of Deputy Nursery Manager is pivotal to the success of the nursery, so this position can be flexible for the right candidate.
Salary is negotiable and dependent upon experience, but is between £15000k - £17k as a guideline.
This role would suit an experienced senior looking for a step up the career ladder or a current Deputy.
