Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager who will be required to develop and deliver new build residential sites from inception to contract. You should possess strong project management skills and be able to deliver your schemes on time and in line with agreed budgets. 

Developing new business opportunities in target within specified geographical areas, you will provide a new business pipeline of secured land and sites. They are looking for the successful candidate to compile reports for the recommendation of each scheme and manage new business schemes by utilising a project team. 

The successful candidate for this position will have previous experience of project managing and developing new development opportunities in a property related field. With experience of dealing with local authorities including the HCA you will have a full understanding of financial appraisals. With the ability to produce clear concise reports you will plan your own workload to achieve targets and deadlines.
