Our client is currently looking for a Development Delivery Manager with significant development experience within the RSL sector; who will manage the delivery team. You should have proven leadership and management experience, strong programme and contract management skills, and a good understanding of the HCA funding regime. You will manage and monitor individual project performance to ensure maximum financial benefit.

Within this role you will maintain effective communications with the HCA, concerning development programme progress and ensure that grants are drawn down within funding timeframes. Working closely with the finance department you will ensure forecasts are accurate and up to date.

The successful candidate for this role will have a Housing Studies degree or equivalent. You will have previous experience in a similar role and must have effective line management experience at a senior level from within a development environment. You must be analytical and will have excellent communication and reporting skills. Ideally you will have knowledge and understanding of HCA procedures and IMS.
