Technical Sales Manager

Up to £60,000 per annum + Bonus + Car, subject to experience.

A growing, bespoke organisation with a global customer base is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to join the expanding business on the outskirts of Oxford.

You will manage a small number of existing multi-national customers, as well as securing new business opportunities. You will manage bids and tenders, including providing technical solutions. You will also be responsible for the managing the relationship with highly demanding customers.

The ideal candidate will have proven technical sales experience, ideally in the aerospace industry. You will have the ability to sell concepts and solutions, and be able to match technical product developments to commercial opportunities.

Desirable skills set as follows;

• Exceptional communication skills
• Enthusiasm to lead and win deals at the highest level
• Experience of negotiating and agreeing large deals
• Ability to build relationships both externally and internally at all levels
• Strong strategic thinking- with an energetic and tenacious approach to problem solving
