Team Manager

Our client is a well-established insurance broker based in Bournemouth town centre and they are currently looking for an experienced Team Manager.

Role:

To manage, motivate and develop a team of sales advisors, coaching them to achieve their potential, commercial and compliance targets. Living the values of the company and delivering in line with the agreed cultural and quality objectives of the business

What your role will involve:

Your role will involve developing and managing a sales team in the Call Centre to achieve their full potential through ongoing coaching, development and motivation so that they are able to fulfil the Call Centre Advisor role to the best of their potential.
The role includes managing your team on a day to day basis; responsibilities include personal staff development, personnel administration, call monitoring, one to ones, coaching and team briefings. This role will also involve the development and maintenance of all agreed business and compliance processes.
You will need to be an inspirational character to enable your team to meet the agreed performance criteria in line with the key performance indicators agreed by the business.

What you will need:

Natural leadership and management skills
A history of excellent performance and people management (1 year min)
Good time management, planning & organisational skills
Excellent communication skills, professionalism and time management
A proven track record in coaching and motivating individuals
A drive to meet and exceed targets
Successfully passed probation and clean disciplinary record
Excellent product, underwriting, compliance and model call knowledge

Salary: £20,000 - £26,500 per annum dependent on experience plus benefits
