Senior Carer - Domiciliary Care

Our client is seeking an experienced senior carer or field care supervisor for their quality driven expanding business in the Wolverhampton area. You will need to have obtained an NVQ 3 or level 2 in health & social care have senior carer experience and have an understanding of the national care standards, be quality focused and reliable.

Our client is looking for a committed, dedicated approachable caring senior carer to monitor care staff in the community, to mentor new staff, conduct staff supervisions, on call duties on a rota basis, deliver care to service users, carry out risk assessments, update care plans, ensure service users are happy with their care and keep all involved and well communicated with.

You will need to have a positive, cheerful approach and be able to show good support to staff. Strong leadership skills and plenty of enthusiasem will also be required for this rewarding and challenging senior role. You must be a car owner driver to be considered for this role
